Dark blue, representing the Pacific, is used as the base color of the drum. The sun-wheel in gold and white appears at the front and back of the drum, with the gold number of the band and light blue name scroll with white letters displayed on each side. The awards ribbons are used to separate vertically the sun-wheel from the identifying numbers and scrolls.
